研究方向

以酶催化为研究核心,涉及酶学、合成生物学、分子生物学、微生物学等方面,开展食品功能成分、医药保健品、高值化学品等的绿色生物制造。研究方向包括:

1. 生物催化转化:基于“基因-酶-反应”的功能产品生物制造

2. 合成生物学:多酶分子机器、酶元件集成、系统适配、多酶复合体

3. 酶与酶工程:酶资源挖掘、酶学表征、酶定向进化
